We guarantee you will be 100% pleased with your purchases from Col d'Lizard. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way we will replace or refund your purchase for the cost of your items.  All returns must be returned to us with in 60 days from purchase with a receipt. Products MUST be new and not worn condition with tags still in place.  Please enclose a note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. If an item purchased with "free shipping" is returned, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

If an item has been custom made by your request we can not take it back for a refund or exchange.  All custom made products are a "final sale".
